What clients of the creative industries really value…

As part of my homework, I thought I’d seize the initiative and ask some clients, what they value in an agency.  These are the questions I’ve posed.  I’m hoping to build them into the Value Creation, Value Capturing model to help determine how well agency value innovation sits with what clients really value. 

The questions are…

1) What do you value most in a communications agency? 
2) What do you value least in a communications agency? 
3) If there was one thing you could change about agencies these days, what would it be and why?
